Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight of TFC’s Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) and Sustainability programs. The role ensures full compliance with Ghanaian regulations, international standards, and company policies, while promoting a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility across all operations. Key duties include supervising HSSE personnel, monitoring all on-site activities (planned and unplanned), ensuring adherence to safety protocols by staff and contractors, and serving as the liaison between TFC and regulatory authorities. The role also serves as a primary liaison between TFC, regulatory bodies, and our international partners, requiring exceptional presentation and effectively communication skills to engage stakeholders and represent the company in high-level discussions and compliance matters.

Requirements
• BSc Degree or similar in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability, Engineering, or related field is required and an MSc in similar fields is desirable.
Added Advantage:
• NEBOSH / SAMTRAC International Diploma, Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), or equivalent certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001.
• Membership of relevant professional organisations (GradIOSH, MIIRSM, MIEMA, etc)
• Demonstrated experience in ESG reporting, regulatory interface, and terminal safety operations.
• Familiarity with Ghana’s downstream petroleum regulatory landscape.
